This policy explains what personal information Michael Royce Group (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small consulting firm and we keep our data practices simple.

Information we collect
- What you send us. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we keep your message and the contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, company and job title.
- Business contact details. For prospective and current clients and business contacts, we keep basic professional information (name, company, role, email address) and notes about our conversations, in a customer relationship management (CRM) system we operate.
- Website logs. Our website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To respond to you, to provide and improve our services, to keep records of our business relationships, and to send email as described below. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
We send email only to people who have signed up to receive our lead magnets (free guides and similar resources) and asked us to send them. We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists.
- Every marketing or announcement email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address.
- When you unsubscribe, we add your address to a suppression list right away and do not send you further marketing email.
- If an address bounces permanently or someone marks our message as spam, we also add it to the suppression list.
- We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists.

Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our business, including Amazon Web Services for hosting, data storage and email delivery. They process information on our behalf and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep business contact records for as long as they are useful for our relationship with you or as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and then delete them. Suppression-list entries are kept so that we honor your request not to be emailed.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to contact@michaelroycegroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where the law gives you specific rights, in accordance with them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication for our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
